Upper Room Church of God in Christ is a local church affiliate of Pray then Play Sports.  Pray then Play Sports was developed in the spring of 2002 by First Baptist Church in High Springs, Florida.  The League began with Flag Football and has grown to include Volleyball, Soccer, Cheerleading, Softball, Basketball, Gymnastics,

Wrestling, Tee Ball, and Tae Kwon Do.  Upper Room Ministries participate in Flag Football.  Our goal is to draw as many kids and their families to Christ through our sports ministry.
