How do I reserve a date?
All rental requests must be submitted through our online Facility Use Request Form. Dates are not confirmed until approved by Upper Room Ministries.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date once your request has been approved. Deposit details will be provided upon approval.
What is included in the rental fee?
Rental fees include access to the selected facility space only. Additional services such as A/V, sound, instruments, and special setup requests are not included and may incur additional fees.
Can I decorate the space?
Yes, decorations are allowed. However:
- All decorations must be approved in advance
- No damage to walls, floors, or furnishings is permitted
- All decorations must be removed immediately after your event unless otherwise arranged
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, standard tables and chairs are available. Specialty setups or additional equipment may require an additional fee.
Is A/V equipment available?
Yes, audio and visual equipment may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please indicate your needs on the request form.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Are there time restrictions for events?
Yes. Event times, including setup and breakdown, must be clearly communicated and approved in advance. Additional time beyond the agreed rental period may result in extra charges.
Is security required?
Depending on the nature and size of your event, security may be required at an additional cost.
