<\/strong> The Rock Force Team Purpose is to provide for the safety and security of those who enter Upper Room church doors and to protect Upper Room property.\u00a0 To provide a peaceful and safe place that is a spiritual shelter for those in need.\u00a0 To put the congregation at ease and project a belief that \u201cALL IS WELL\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MISSION<\/span>:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Rock Force Team Mission is to radiate with every part of our being that every guest and member of Upper Room has entered a place of healing, comfort, joy, positive attitudes, stability, and order.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">GOAL<\/span>:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Rock Force Team\u2019s Goal is to draw as many souls to Christ as we possibly can.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">REQUIREMENTS<\/span>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Must be a committed Christian who has consistently demonstrated a life of service to God.\u00a0 Must Be an active member in good standing and integrally involved in URCOGIC Ministry.\u00a0 This includes regular worship service attendance and active involvement in Sunday school and other ministry activities of URGOGIC.\u00a0 Must be a person who is known by and highly respected by the congregation.\u00a0 Must demonstrate a lifestyle that is consistent with what God and URGOGIC expect of its leaders.\u00a0 Must be a person that reflects honesty, integrity, compassion, and fairness.\u00a0 Must be individuals who can be trusted with the safety of the congregation.\u00a0 Must be a person of obvious maturity.\u00a0 Must be faithful in tithing and financial support of URGOGIC.\u00a0 Must be committed to the Rock Force Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Platform Security.\u00a0 Parking\u00a0 Lot Surveillance.\u00a0 Dealing with Emergency situations.\u00a0 Visual monitoring of Sunday School Classes and Worship Services\/Special Events.\u00a0 Finance Security.\u00a0 Being dispensers of Information, such as the location of Sunday School Rooms, Restrooms, Sanctuary, and other areas.\u00a0 Surveillance\/Security Cameras.\u00a0 Sanctuary Security.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CONCLUSION<\/span><\/strong>: The Rock Force Team must be alert and responsible, as they are the eyes and ears of the church.\u00a0 Identify, correct and report any problems or hazards that are encountered during your course of duty.\u00a0 React quickly and accurately when investigating incidents.\u00a0 Complete, comprehensive documentation is essential.\u00a0 It is important to cover all aspects of the incident and be thorough.<\/p>\n<p>The Rock Force Team plays a significant role in maintaining a safe environment for the church.\u00a0 Work safe, think smart, and do your part to reduce safety risks and to protect lives.\u00a0 When dealing with any situation, please use \u201cSTANDARD PRECAUTION\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ROCK FORCE TEAM\u00a0
